Based in Pretoria and Johannesburg, Annlee Insurance Brokers (AIB) are a boutique Insurance Brokerage Firm lead by Lorraine de Lange. AIB offers quality Sectional Title Building Insurance, Risk Management Advice and Claims Management.

Our History

Lorraine initially operated as a real estate agent in the greater Pretoria area and specialized in the sale of sectional title units and other buildings. Her interest in the sectional title concept led her to the field of Sectional Title Building and Management Insurance in which she has in excess of 25 years of experience.

Lorraine opened Annlee Insurance Brokers (AIB) as an independent brokerage firm some 20 years ago, after having served on the board of a large insurance brokerage company in Pretoria for a number of years.

Our Team

Lorraine is now assisted by two qualified assistants, Elen Botha and Hayley Josling as well as Liesl Gerazounis, a legal graduate.

Our Expertise

The specialized nature of Sectional Title and Home Owners Association (HOA) Insurance and our many years of experience in this field have allowed us to identify those insurers and underwriters who have become expert in providing this type of cover. These are the institutions with which your cover will be placed.

Our Philosophy

We believe that every underwriter or insurer with whom we place cover should have a lengthy and demonstrably acceptable record, not only providing in insurance cover of this nature – but also with regard to their claims handling experience and – in particular – the settlements achieved with them in finalization of claims.

Our philosophy is to avoid placing cover with any institutions which have a suspect record of payment of claims. Our belief is that our clients are entitled to value for the premiums they pay and consequently, we deal only with reputable companies which we know are prepared to pay genuine claims instead of looking for reasons to repudiate such claims.

Our License

Annlee Insurance Brokers (AIB) is licensed as a financial services provider in terms of section eight of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act.

This licence authorizes Annlee Insurance Brokers (AIB) to carry on business in respect of Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services as a Financial Services Provider in respect of Short-Term Insurance, Personal Lines and Commercial Lines.
